Hello current and future homeowners!
There are many good Real Estate Agents in San Francisco, and there are entirely too many bad ones. Trust me, I get it. I understand why Real Estate Agents have a bad reputation. Many leave their clients wondering what on earth they did to earn that commission. I am dedicated to changing that perception, and will not be satisfied unless my clients feel that I earned every penny of my compensation, and understand how having the right REALTOR ® can empower them to achieve their dreams.
How am I different?
The Golden Rule. Sounds silly, but I take this very seriously. For example, if I know something about a property that could potentially kill the deal, I'm going to tell you anyway. I'm a full-disclosure kind of gal, and I'd much rather lose a deal than lose a client.
The Details. Yes, I'm the one walking through each property with a clipboard taking notes.. the one that shows up at her Open Houses with an analysis of the neighborhood's recent real estate activity for visitors to take with them.. the one that catches the "Public Utility Easement" statement on the Preliminary Title report and finds out exactly what impact it could have on your home, BEFORE it's too late. Yes, I love the details. I'll make sure you know which details need your attention, and which ones do not.
The Communication. Think of it this way. You're the decision-maker and I'm the project-manager. From the beginning, I like to be clear about how the process will work and what is expected from each of us. That way there are no surprises. With me, you will never find yourself sitting around wondering what is going on with your transaction. I'll keep you updated, even if it's to tell you that there are no new developments. And I'll let you know via email, phone, text, smoke signal, or whatever method of communication you prefer.
The Buffer. Every real estate transaction involves at least 10 people (principals, agents, contractors, bankers, escrow officers, etc). There is a high probability that each transaction will involve at least one incompetent person and one difficult one. My job is to keep all of the stress and volatility from reaching you, and to maintain a harmonious transaction. I'll follow every step of the transaction closely to make sure that obstacles are removed and everything gets done on time and to your satisfaction.
The Value Added Services. I'll do whatever I can to make your life easier before, during and after your transaction. If you don't have time to look at all of the houses that meet your criteria every week, I'll preview them for you during the week and send you a report so that you can focus your efforts on the weekend Open Houses that might actually meet your needs. When you're preparing your house for sale, I'll meet the contractors, inspectors and stagers at your house so you don't have to take off in the middle of the day. I can even take you to Probate Court to learn about court confirmed probate sales. If it relates to Real Estate, I can do it for you.
